CANCELLATION POLICY

Many businesses are now taking booking fees for appointments.  Although we do not take booking fees at the moment, we do require at least 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment or wish to reschedule.  As a small business, we often have waiting lists, so giving us  notice allows us to  potentially fill your appointment space and allows us to keep offering amazing massage services at great prices.

Failure to cancel within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged at full price and future appointments will not be able to booked until the invoice is settled.
